2. Services

3. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be confirmed via email, website form, or agreed platform.

  • Full payment (or deposit, if applicable) is required to secure your booking.

  • Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • A confirmation email will be sent once the booking is finalized.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • More than 7 days before the tour: Full refund

  • 3–7 days before the tour: 50% refund

  • Less than 72 hours before the tour: No refund

  • Any request for cancellation must be made in writing via email.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Pre-purchased tickets (e.g. museums, attractions) are non-refundable.

5. Changes & Rescheduling

  • Requests to change the date or time are subject to availability.

  • We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee them.

6. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • Clients are expected to arrive on time at the agreed meeting point.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened tour.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

7. Weather Conditions

Tours operate in most weather conditions unless safety is compromised.
No refunds will be issued due to weather unless the Company cancels the tour.

8. Company Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or modify a tour due to:

  • Safety concerns

  • Guide illness

  • Strikes, closures, or force majeure

In such cases, clients will receive:

  • A full refund or

  • The option to reschedule

9. Liability

  • Clients participate in tours at their own risk.

  • Private Paris Walks is not liable for:

    • Personal injury

    • Loss or theft of personal belongings

    • Delays caused by traffic, strikes, or third parties

  • We strongly recommend that clients have appropriate travel insurance.

10. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Follow the guide’s instructions during the tour

  • Respect local laws and regulations

  • Ensure they are physically able to participate

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, branding) is the property of Private Paris Walks and may not be copied or reused without permission.

12. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
